Paytm reserves the right to withdraw or amend or alter or suspend this Site, and any service or product or material provided on the Site or block your access to Site, in Paytm’s sole discretion without any prior notice. Paytm shall not be liable if for any reasons whatsoever all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, Paytm may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users, including registered users.

The contents of Site including Paytm’s products and services are provided subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) by One97 USA Inc. (‘Paytm’ or ‘we’). Terms of Site including Terms of Use and any disclaimers are a legal agreement, and your use of this Site & Paytm’s products or services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein and Paytm’s Privacy policy incorporated herein by reference, which describes what information we collect, how we use and with whom we share your information, and how we protect your information. This may be done 1) by you at any time by ceasing the use this Site or 2) upon receipt of written notice of termination by Paytm and thereby you ceasing to use and access the Site immediately; or 3) may be done by Paytm with or without notice to you. If you access or use the Site or product or service after providing notice to Paytm, you are assenting to these Terms anew. 

Termination of these Terms by either shall terminate any rights you may have to access any content provided through this Site. Further, any licenses provided to Paytm to use User Generated Content shall remain in effect unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. Provision and termination of Services may governed by separate agreements between you and Paytm or Paytm partners.

The provisions regarding disclaimer of warranty, accuracy of information, software, database other system or functionality of Site and indemnification shall survive such termination. Paytm may monitor user’s access to the Site.

viii) Exclusion of warranties for your use of the site

You understand that Paytm cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from this Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code or any spamware/malware. You are solely responsible for
